See Your Profit By Job
If you're writing up an order and wondering if you have built in enough profit, use the F12 key as a shortcut to view the pie chart. You’ll see a breakdown of the invoice by parts, labor, and sublet. You can also set a percentage of the invoice as Overhead and Miscellaneous. This makes it easier to visualize the profit on that order. You can easily go back and make adjustments as needed to maintain the margin you want on each order.
What Are Overhead And Miscellaneous Costs?
Overhead and Miscellaneous Costs allow for you to account for costs that are not parts, labor, or sublet related. Enter the percentage you need for each invoice to cover those other expenses.

What If F12 Doesn’t Work On My Computer?
If “F12” doesn’t work, try pressing the Function (FN) key, then press F12. The function key is in the lower left of your keyboard. You can also Check Profit by pressing the “Options” button in the lower right side of Manager SE.
