Forgot Your Password? No Problem!

If you’re like me, you’ve got about a million passwords floating around in your head. It’s impossible to remember them all. If you’ve forgotten your password — or need to reset your password — to access ProDemand or TruckSeries repair information software, it’s quick and easy!

Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the “Forgot password? Click here to reset.” link on the Login page.

Step 2: Enter your username and click the “Next” button.

Step 2A (If you don’t know the username): Click the “Forgot username? Click here” link.

Step 2B: Enter your email address and click the “Next” button.

Step 3: Answer the security question and click the “Next” button.

Step 4: Enter a new password twice and click the “Reset” button.

Step 5: Click the “Done” button on the success message.

Step 6: Enter your new password and click the “Login” button.

Note: If you don’t know your email, click the “Forgot email? Click here” link to get the number to call.

Note: If you have not already set up security questions, you will get the above message when you click the “Forgot Password? Click here to reset” link on the login page.
