Note the location of the Cruze KR75 relay.

Owners of 2011-2015 Chevy Cruze vehicles may comment about an intermittent crank/no-start in cold climate conditions. The ECM may set P1682 as current or in history. This condition may be caused by excessive resistance across the KR75 engine controls ignition relay contacts due to frost build-up. If no other root cause is identified through normal diagnostics, replace the KR75 engine controls ignition relay with the updated relay P/N 13595908.
